Thank you for shopping at Joinwell.

Summary: 

  • Free Delivery in Malta and Gozo
  • International Shipping is not available.
  • Offers cannot be in conjunction with any other seasonal offers.  

Any issues should immediately be notified to the Company. We target resolution within 3 working days.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Goods must be returned in good condition, unused and in their original packing and labels.

You must be in possession of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Christmas Hampers: Our hampers have been put together to be sold as a package, and the products within it cannot be returned individually.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

If an item has gone missing and hasn’t reached you, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your request for refund is approved, we will initiate the process to your original method of Payment.

You will receive the credit within 5 working days from the day the refund was issued, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If on the 6th day you still haven’t received the refund, please contact your bank or credit card company to verify as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send us an email on shop@joinwell.com.mt.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, provided that it is returned within 15 days from the date of arrival. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you which has a validity of 6 months.  

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are being sold tale quale.

Shipping

If an item is received, damaged or doesn’t match the item description, we will cover for the full shipping costs.

If you would like to return the product because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that any shipping costs are incurred by us, these will be deducted from your refund value.

If item sent by you is damaged due to it not being sufficiently packed and protected for the shipping, we are entitled to deduct a portion of the refund for loss of value.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
